So I managed to get through my final work day before I take a long deserved vacation. I am off now until the 27th. While there were moments that I wanted to do bodily harm on certain people I managed to ignore and move right along. So now I can stay up late, sleep in, and spend my days doing whatever I want, and being happy. Betty’s b-day is this week, and so is Jenn’s.. I have something special planned for both of them, and can’t wait. More importantly I can not wait for the days that lay ahead, I have 11 days without having to step foot into my job, and I am able to enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Today is my birthday !!!!! I am 33.
I am feeling really happy and blessed today. So far I have had a great day and the evening appears to be heading in a really fun direction. I am looking forward to spending time with Jenn, one of my sisters and three of my close good friends. So Happy birthday to me and I will write later.

The scene for the day

Well today was a good day, mainly because I was able to get through it and now I can focus on my fun filled weekend, and having most of next week off. Tomorrow is my birthday and Jenn has something up her sleave. I know I have to be ready at 5pm and that is it. I don’t like surprises, but don’t want to steal her thunder either. I hope relaxing can be part of this weekend too. I have been tired lately and I know it is because of the extra hours here and there that I have put in, plus we think Matty may have allergies, ( he has been stuffy at night and I am a lite sleeper) so we have an appointment scheduled tomorrow with his PCP.
My friend Renee came over before work today, she enjoyed playing with the dogs. She gave me my gift today because tomorrow she is off from work and will be out of town most of the weekend. I LOVED IT!!! It was a hodge podge of different beautiful things, she pays attention to detail and I appreciate everything she got me.
Well Survivor is on and I am off intil the 15th, so excuse me while I relax.
