Since I last wrote much has happened and lots still to do. I am happy to say I am almost done with christmas shopping. Jenn and I are last minute type of people but not this year. This year its not even Thanksgiving and we only have a few people to go.
Over the weekend we had a date night, my sister watched Matty and Jenn and I went out to eat to a really good Indian place I like spicy so I loved it Jenn not so nuch, next date night Jenn will pick. Then we went to watch Changeling the new Angalina Jolie movie. It was good and I found myself just staring at her lips. I have always had a thing for Angalina, Jenn thinks its kinda funny.
Sunday we had everyone over, FULL HOUSE !!!! for Tom’s 6th b-day party. He made out so well. Everyone got him really nice things and the food made that day were recipes from the food network. I made a two roasted shickens with citrus fruits , roasted potaoes, and broccoli salad. Plus I served a really great wine a bought on a whim and I really wish I didn’t throw out the bottle because I have no freaken clue what the name is.
Monday sucked , worked all day, Tuesday sucked , worked all day , today was great I had off. I gave myself a pedicure and manicure. I got a haircut , its different then anything I have ever had before its short and I love it. I also went through X-mas decorations, and filled out some Christmas cards. I know its early but we need to stay on top of that shit or we exhaust ourselves trying to do it all later in the month. Jenn should be home soon and we wanted to go to the store to get what we need to make pistachio fudge. Nigela Lawson had an easy recipe on her show and we want to try and make some to share during Christmas parties and with family and friends.
This year Jenn and I are going to two Christmas parties and then having two of our own. One with friends and one with family on Christmas eve.
Tomorrow is turkey day and that is going to be busy too. Half the day spent with Jenn’s family and half the day spent with mine.
happy thanksgiving everyone !
