Happy Birthday Mr. Tom

I think we all can make changes for the better in our lives. I believe that I am a better person because of my dog Tom. I did not know when I got him that he could have such an impact on my life but he has, and I love him and am a better person because I know him.

So happy birthday Mr Tom, hope you have a happy and healthy life !

Chester is at it again

So we have these neighbors that do not leash their dog. They do not have a fence and the dog they have is very aggressive. It is very annoying !!! Well today Jenn got home from work and took Lucy for a walk and she calls me and tells me how angry she is when I question what the heck is going on she tells me Chester ran accross the street and bit Lucy. I asked if Lucy was okay and she was, however this is the second time this has happened in a year. The other time Jenn and I were walking Tom. So Chester is at it agian and the owner is a real asshole. He came out and yelled  at Jenn and  said he didn’t give a rats ass about what his dog did ! So now what ???

I was thinking of calling animal conrol but do I really want trouble for Chester ? I wish someone could Make him leash or fence in his dog, but he just doesn’t care, and according to the neighbors that live on that road which is a block away from us, Chester has bitten at least ten dogs, animal control has been there, and even the police ! Nothing changes. I am not sure how we plan to take care of the situation but I do intend on doing something !
